Almond Casuarina Beach
The Almond Casuarina Beach Resort sets on ten acres among lush tropical gardens that border the white sands of Dover Beach. Green Monkeys snack on the bamboo and fruit trees as tree frogs serenade guests with their melodic whistling. This newest edition to the Almond Resorts on the West Coast of Barbados combines the picturesque views of nature with quiet sophistication and offers families with children of all ages as well as singles and couples the inclusions expected from an Almond Resort, including all meals, snacks, drinks, activities, nightly entertainment, Kids Club, and transportation to Bridgetown for shopping. During April to November, early risers can view endangered sea turtles as they head back to the waters from their nests of eggs on the beach fronting the resort. In December lucky guests will see the eggs hatch.

The Casuarina offers three restaurants serving an array of international and local Caribbean cuisine. Room service is available for lunch and dinner. There is a dress code in the restaurants that requires a collared shirt and long trousers for men and no shorts or tank tops for women. The resort boasts four bars that include a swim up poolside bar.
Rest & Relaxation
The tranquility of the Casuarina Beach Resort affords guests many places to rest in the garden; gently swinging in one of the hammocks or lounging in a cushioned chaise. A full service spa can eliminate tension in muscles as the professional staff provides massages, body wraps and nail and hair services.
Sports & Recreation
The resort provides a wide array of daytime activities included in the package. Three freshwater swimming pools, a childrens pool, table tennis and two tennis courts are a sampling of the activity choices. Guests can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, boogie boarding and kayaking or visit the resorts fitness center for a quick work out.
While parents enjoy adult activities, the children can be left at the Kids Club or Teen Center to enjoy age appropriate fully supervised activities.
Off site activities are available, though require additional fees, and include bicycle tours, hikes, horseback riding, sailing, and snorkeling trips.
The family can gather on the beach in the evening to enjoy one of the nightly entertainment performances which could be island dancers, a theatrical production or singers. Adults can attend a weekly managers cocktail party or enjoy a floor show or stroll into the St. Lawrence Gap area and experience the famous nightlife there.
